Scott is dedicated to helping administrators of employee benefit plans meet their reporting requirements as mandated by the Department of Labor and ERISA.  He uses the audit process to obtain a greater understanding of a tax-exempt client's operations; also helping them solve cash flow issues while maintaining their tax-exempt status.

Scott has spent many years navigating the compliance issues of clients as they relate to the OMB Circular A-133 Audit Guide and the Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations.
